All orders are processed and shipped within 5-20 business days. During peak gifting periods, processing times may extend to 5-20+ business days due to high demand or potential delays.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any further delays caused by the carrier.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, sadly with us only just starting out we will only be posting within the UK. Keep checking the TikTok page for any updates on when we introduce international shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The delivery time for your order depends on both the product you’ve ordered and your location. As many of our products are made-to-order, we kindly ask for your patience. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the creation and dispatch of your custom items.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email or message containing your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
